On the way we visit Chungsi Cave Monastery in Syangboche.it is an exotic cave monastery in upper mustang. Guru Ringpoche meditated in this cave in around 8th century.
Ghar Gompa is the attractive hidden monastery in Upper mustang. Nepali's one of the old nomadic trade-routes. Thisis the oldest monastery of Upper mustang. This Gompa is built in 8th century by guru Rinpoche “Padmasambhava” .Ghar Gumba is situated at an elevation of 3931 m. above sea level and it is related with Nyingma sect of Buddhism.
Shedrub Dhargey Ling Monastery in Lo Ghami established in 14th century.That time study of the cave history brings many difficultis and problems.Always bring conflict between Nun, monks and teachers. Tsarang Gompa stablished in 13thcentury . In side is a huge deities of medicine buddha mandala.
Luri Gompa is the most spiritual Gompa in Upper Mustang. Luri Gumba is in a hidden landscape on top of the beautiful hill. A several art and carved by sandstone and it is on the way to Damodar Kunda.Buddhist mantra printed in a lot of prayer flags, caves walls, and Chorten’s for spiritual adventure and enlightenment.
